This college is established as a unit of The Mahe Co-operative Centre for Information Technology Ltd.No.P.689-a registered co-operative society registered under Pondicherry Co-operative societies Act. It was established during the year 2005 with the recognition of NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION, Southern Regional Committee, Bangalore vide order No.F.PN-N/SRO/NCTE/2005-06/522 dated 23-6-2005 and affiliated to Pondicherry Central University.

College is situated at the heart of Mahe Town- ‘CEMETERY ROAD, MAHE just 500 meters away from Thalassery-Kozhikode Highway, and just near ST.THERESA CHURCH, MAHE.  It has its own building constructed recently with all infrastructural facilities.

MAHE is a tiny point in the Geographical map of Kerala, the million earner for the distant Puducherry Government, 647 Kms away from Puducherry. In this former small French Town which covers an area of 9 Sq.kms, over 40000 inhabitants live in peace. This petit French town is situated on the west Coast of the Indian Peninsula between Badagara and Thalasserry, 58 Kms from Kozhikode, 24 Kms form Kannur in Kerala State and is a busy trade centre which enjoys tax concessions of Central Government.
